Tracing, editing, or redistribution of my work is strictly prohibited. Heavily referencing my work, copying, stealing concepts equates to tracing and is also prohibited.

I reserve the right to redistribute and to post my work and its progress on my portfolio and social media, unless requested otherwise by the client.

Commercial usage : The client may use my work for promotional purposes only when credit is properly given and full payment has been received. Redistribution to create merchandise, or other profitable means such as NFTs, is strictly prohibited.

Please be respectful and patient! I reserve the right to decline any request or cease working with any customer due to discomfort or poor personal experience.

Please provide as much information as possible on your business inquiry in your first message. The order form must be filled for the commission to be fully accepted and updated on my status board.

If you already have graphics of the same type, please obtain your initial artist's their permission. I am not comfortable working on your new logo if you have an existing one from another artist. If I am in that position in the future, I request to be notified too.

Failure to abide to my Terms of Service will cause you to be blacklisted from commissioning me again.

The process consists of the brainstorming phase, the concept development and refining phases, then the revision and finalization phases. The client's feedback is appreciated during each phase.

You may contact me for status updates. The completion time for commissions will vary on commission type. The turnaround rate is subject to increase as delays may occur.

To prevent false turnaround rates to future clients, please refrain from inquiring if you are uncertain of your availability and commitment.

All prices are listed in USD. I only accept payment through Paypal via invoice.

All prices are subject to change at any time, due to high demand, increasing quality, and expanded labor. Affected clients will be notified. Ongoing works will be considered, and likely unaffected.

I will not start any work until 50% or full payment is received. The client must complete the full payment before I proceed with the concept refinement.

I do not accept refunds or chargebacks unless I have not started on your commission in 3 months. If work has been started, a percentage will be returned in proportion to my progress. Once the concept development is completed, the option to refund will no longer be available.

I allow up to 1 major and 2 minor revisions. Additional fees will be applied afterwards. All commissions are subject to additional fees, depending on its complexity.
